KSAN 95 FM broadcast. Tom Donahue series. CENSUS 2026-05-31: Confirmed and verified. [SITE] KSAN-FM 'Live From The Record Plant' broadcast. Hugh Masekela with Hedzoleh Soundz, the Ghanaian group he toured and recorded with in 1973-74. Type: FM broadcast, complete (about 1:03:11). Released on LP as 'Hugh Masekela Live At The Record Plant, 24th February 1974' (Discogs release 17971270 = URL1; JazzMessengers LP listing = URL2), a broadcast-series reissue. Label/authorization not fully confirmed, treat as grey-market unless verified. Full audio also circulates on YouTube (about 63 min). LP tracklist: Rekpete, Patience/When, Languta, Stimela (Coal Train), Nye Tamo Ame, Omusu Da Fe M'musu, Love Song for a Jungle Afternoon. 'Stimela' is Masekela's signature anti-apartheid migrant-labour anthem, first recorded 1974, so this broadcast catches it new. Date 1974-02-24 was a Sunday, matching the Sunday-night slot; all sources agree on the date, no year-slip concern. [SITE] candidate: citable discography link and a strong editorial subject (Masekela, Hedzoleh Soundz, Stimela). ARTICLE: see Articles table (Published).
