Initial/primary tracking sessions for Rumours took place in Studio B beginning February 1976, with engineers Ken Caillat and Richard Dashut; the band blocked extended time across 1976–77. Later overdub/mix work moved to L.A. studios, but the Sausalito sessions are foundational and the album's defining association with the room. Studio Role: Recorded.
